Welcome to Morningstar Holistic Wellness,

My name is Dr. Julia Leischner and I am the owner of Morningstar Holistic Wellness. I am a certified Holistic Health Practitioner, Reiki Master, personal trainer, yoga, & Pilates instructor with more than 25 years of experience in practice and health promotion program development.
I also have experience as an environmental health professional and I am a professor in undergraduate, graduate, and doctoral programs in biology, health, and public health. My research interests are in holistic and complementary and alternative medicine and environmental sustainability.
I am is passionate about sharing natural and holistic health and environmentally sustainable products and practices with her students and clients and providing local foods using organic and regenerative food systems!
